Everything from the size and quality of the rooms, the quality of food, the location, the views, and of course the excellent and personal friendly service we received just wiped the floor with any hotel. <br /><br />When a B&B get's it right there is little that can rival them, and I honestly think the B&B's time is yet to come as more and more people start to realise that chosen wisely, a B&B can be a much better option that they might have thought. <br /><br />I think some people still have a bit of a stigma about B&Bs - that they should be cheap, around £25 a night, yet the same people will probably think it's OK to pay a hotel £70 - £100 a night for a very average and dated room overlooking the car-park! We paid slightly less than we would have in a hotel, but got 10x the value - there was just no competition and we all had a fantastic time.<br /><br />The B&B strikes back with a vengeance!Nigel Harrishttp://www.bedandbreakfastsguide.comnoreply@blogger.com
